Villa Rhodora - Exterior
Here are more shots of the exterior and landscaping courtesy of tita Rhoda sent just this June. Plants and trees are not that mature yet so we cant get the full effect as of yet but I hope in a few years we can revisit and reshoot.
As you can see we opted for a moden tropical style and we achieved this by plant massing and simple unclutterd lines and architedtural features.

Caedo Residence
Marketing page I created for HD expo 2007 for our friend/client Nelly from Palmdale. We are currently in the process of requesting a reshoot with Nelly because when we finished her home it was already late at night or early A.M. We hurriedly took pix and most of the photos turned out blurry for it's dark and the nightscene on our camera needs steady hands, so keep posted.
Fresh Florals
Fresh floral arrangements for me brings more joy and life to an interior on special occasions or anytime you need a visual and an emotional pick me upper.
Above is an arrangement I gave my brother for his house warming in 2008 made of parrot tulips which are my favorite, green chrysanthemums and for an unexpected touch of some palm sprigs.
90746 Living Room
It's been a little over two years now since we moved to Carson and here is a pix of the living area I took as soon as it got finished while the rest of the house is still in progress/pending. Keeping me busy right now is a strip of a side yard landscape and will post as soon as the plating is done.
All artworks are my originals so if interested in a commissioned work please let me know.

Villa Rhodora
This is one of my personal project and my design partner Dynah was not involve in it because it's for family; it was for my dream client tita Rhoda back in the Philippines. Construction commenced around early 2009 but aunt Rhoda already was planning on it and easing me on her grand plan when I visited home in late 2007.
I had my hands full but enjoyed every minute of this arduous proccess from designing the architecture, interiors, landscaping and artwork. Working 6 days a week from 7:30 am till tired with my favorite cousin/side kick and a design guru himself - Paul. It was ground breaking too because the project was done basically through the magic of technology for the project was back home and I'm here in Los Angeles. A diligent exchange of endless emails between me and my aunt got this project completed but of course I have to put my finishing touches on my 2 month visit last Feb. 04 to Apl. 04 2010.
Selected photos will be posted on my facebook account and on DESIGN INSCAPE blog.
